Hey, thanks Ralph I talked to a Manager and he said if it just went through today it wont be in there system till tomarrow, just a heads up to all....

Called Double tree and the off site reservation center that they forwarded me too KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT IT. Very frustrating to say the least.

That is no discount from the Hilton. That was their price from getgo. I am glad I booked before and got it cheaper.

the price for the double tree isn't discounted either...I called for price before the USACI block and now after...same price. Nice huh?

But, we get no credit against the hall rental for your room nights and if we do not make 1000 rooms then we pay 25% ($6000.00) more for the hall and we know at least one of the reasons why!

Some people dont want to procrastinate and stand the chance of getting screwed with a possibly higher price just to "help " you. It gets really old watching you point fingers at everyone else for your short comings.

I did the same, and saved money.

Called the hilton to change my reservation to USACi block, they said i need a code number???!?!?!???!?!??! Booked it anyway, they said to call back with it later and they will at it to that paticular block.

No problem, but when we raise prices and everyone complains, remember your position on this issue....


Now, anyone who does wnat to help USACI keep costs down, please book inside the block.....

Everyone whith a confirmed reservation INSIDE the USACI black will qualify for the cash drawings at the end of the event.

OK so anyone that booked at the hilton, your current reservation will stand, just call them and tell them you are with the usaci block , Ralph they did tell me I would need a group number.Or promotion code number?

Per our contract with the Hilton....

RESERVATIONS: Reservations will be made by Individual Call-in and Personalized Online Group (POG) page no later than Friday, October 19, 2007. After that date, you agree that we may offer unused rooms held in your block to other customers to reduce our losses and your obligations under the performance clause. Reservations requested by your attendees after this date will be accepted based upon availability. Darren just book the room, and then call back once they figure it out and change it.
