| Greg Mckinney supported this person knowing about everything which occured and its sad. The morals of Greg / Mckinney Sales are a disgrace in the community as well as this industry. | |

A few of us kave known this was coming for a year or longer. We were just waiting for him to be arrested. If I were a bettin' man (and I am), I would put my money on Guilty As Hell.

| Drawback is he is innocent UNTIL proven guilty.
I don't know this guy, but, so what it he has some indescretions... They don't have anything but an eye-witness that saw him talking to the ladies, they have his fingerprints inside the SUV, but they don't have a murder weapon, or at this time, a motive.
We can speculate that the motive was that Richter didn't want to go further in their relationship and he punished her and her friend for that, but again, only speculation.
I would wait to see how this pans out before you go slandering this man's name.
I don't support him, but I am a firm believer until they find the murder weapon with his prints on it, all they have is circumstantial evidence.
Just my .01 cent....I can't afford the other cent currently.

| Jimbo, I understand your stand on this guy.
Even if some of her clothing was found in his apartment, they were dating...or so I got from the written article.
Still, if this guy is a turd-bucket...and is everything you guys say he is, I just hope that they find hard evidence to convict him.
Every murderer deserves the harshest penalty in his state. If it is Death, then so be it. Just make sure you got the right guy.

They also have complaints by the young lady previously when she called police out of fear for her life and reported threats he had made towards her. He had threatened to kill her before this happend. I think he is guilty convicted or not.

Every murderer deserves the harshest penalty in his state. If it is Death, then so be it. Just make sure you got the right guy. He was pursuing her. I understand that they were not dating. He wanted something with her and she refused. They took a long time to investigate before the DA approved filing charges. I think they just wanted to be sure they got enough evidence for a conviction.

I think they just wanted to be sure they got enough evidence for a conviction. That puts another spin on the situation. If he was pursuing her, and she resisted, then we have a whole new can of poopydust poured on this fire. That means that motive is more likely through getting dissed by a pretty girl rather than her not wanting to take it to the next level. This is a good debate, I am liking this thread. Thanks for the clarification Ralph. --Joe
