i know mexico has diff classes, i found there website, just google it, there are also video on utube from mexico and other spots down south

as far as i can tell they have stock and mod, even ps i think like us, not sure about sb

as far as power i know one class was 0-500 not sure about all the others

Most counties follow our rules but change classes structure to fit their area.

There are several in the high 50's and low 60's in Mexico. They get louder each year.
