Do you really want manufacture support?

If you really want manufacture support? Here is how it can be done.
Only buy products from companies that support Audio Competition.....
There is no-one to blame but the retailer (I stated this in a seperate thread) The retailer is the ones not hosting shows, not the manufactures... so accept the blame and start doing somnething about it.... Host an event, require your sales reps to attend and work the sales floor or help judge, and only buy products from manufactures that support the industries competition scene.... its that easy, Send a message that your not gonna take it anymore.... USACi,,,, no more allowing manufactures to back door market off of your org! if the manufacture does not have a paid booth at your event do not allow them to walk the halls tweaking and tuning etc... And only allow vehicles with products from participating manufactures be open for display... the others can compete,, just cant be opened up for display.... Shame thos manufactures into supporting the orgs, and the retailers, and the competitors..... flame away... I'm kinda cold!

Really...that would put a few more booths on the floor...or Teams would not come to finals. LOL One of the two or a mix there of for sure. LOL

no offense,, here but losing a team or a booth isnt the issue here,, that could happen at this point and no one would care... but if another couple teams showed up or a nother couple booths were on the floor,,, that would make a difference! and you know it!

ok...sounds good to me. Its a sure way of pressuring manufacturers to step up. As well as retailers. So...are we gonna talk about it or be about it. Or would something like this need the consensus and aproval of something or someone else?

let me explain its real simple....
A. do you own a store?
if yes......
B. contact USACI or another org, and schedule an event.
C. contact your local sales reps for all of the brands you carry, and require them to attend the event on that date, instruct them that you need there help in marketing and promoting your event, to other markets, as well... you need them to attend your event and help work the sales floor selling the products that they represent, or they can help judge if need be.
D. contact the factories in which you sell product for... instruct them to also help you in marketing and promoting the event, as well you would like some promotional materials (banneers, shirts, hats etc..) for your event. Also express that your also holding a huge sale and you need additional margin on product that your going to purchase so as to help offset some of the costs....
E. if your rep is unwilling to help you.... Do Not Do Business with them..... If the Factory is unwilling to help, DO Not Do Business With them..... Its that simple.... This is something the retailer has to initiate..... only the retailers have enough power to do this...
