| just depends on whether or not you win Kumar, if you do rest assured that SOB will be looked over with a fine tooth comb for someone to find a reason you cant use it.... | |

| and a quick check to the rulebook yields this
"A “competitor” may not run any vehicle under his name or membership number unless said vehicle is legally registered to the competitor in his state of residence prior to the event date." |

"All vehicles must be licensed and be “street legal” as per federal regulations to compete in the Stock, Pro Stock, or Modified divisions. Vehicles that do not comply will be entered and judged in the Super Modified or Port Wars division." |

| what year is the panda, arent they classic cars in some states now, i dunno, if i had one, which me being military if i was stationed overeas i could ship one back, but there should be some way to get it registered, i've seen a few right hand drives crx's with stateside plates along with original minis, so there has to be some way |
