| What are you going to do to cover that positive buss bar up? Judges are going to nail you on that exposed bar just sitting up there waiting for something to short against it.
Maybe a piece of plexi suspended over all of the batteries (about 10" wide by 2' or so) and bent to follow the bend in the buss bars? I see the threaded standoffs on the battery hold-downs, so it looks like you're heading that way.
Other than that, it looks great!

Other than that, it looks great! LOL I get the same question on every forum that I have posted these pics on. I would hope that you guys know I have read the rule book once or twice by now. And give me credit for a little common sense. To answer your question Monte. This build is not complete yet. I have several layers of painters tape covering the bars for now while we are working on the plex cover for the entire set up.

| If you run into an issue with that brass tarnishing, take it to a painter and have a clearcoat sprayed on it. Just tape off the areas that make contact. This will keep it pretty. | |

Gentlemen, what he wants to do in his spare time isn't our business. I am sure you all have "Polished your bar" too.

I am sure you all have "Polished your bar" too. Thank you sir. I've been married long enough to know that if a bar needs immediate attension, I should do the work myself. Polish it out and call it a day. It is the end result that matters right?
