| Sounds good, I have nothing in the works for shows, so hopefully we can get some USACi shows on dates that I'm not running any. | |

| Try just building a box a little bigger then you need it, then cut it down a little at a time. And don't forget to keep adjusting the port length too | |

| Well the mojo wants 4.5cuft, i made it 4 .. then did a slot port tuned for 49hz ... the port depth is rougly 1/2 the depth the box .. box dimensions (interior) are 14.5" H, 16" D, 30" W ... the port is 14.5" H, 8" D, 4" W ... all the edges outside the box and in the port are rounded nicely, and its sealed on the inside and outside. Like I said, the box LOOKS and SOUNDS really nice... but doesn't perform on the meter. discuss EDIT: The most I can work with inside the trunk and have it be removable is about 5cuft ... 16.5" H (maybe 17"), 20" D, 33" W .. so that leaves a box 15" H, 18.5" D, 31.5" W = 5.06cuft | |

Chris's box is built close to spec also (dis old green one everyone has seen that he used last year), and his #'s are not bad. Granted he has 2x the power and 2x the surface area and he's in an SUV ... taking all that into account, I shouldn't lose more then 6-7db, in my case, a 145 is a far cry from 152-154 range (not sure where Chris is right now).

| It's in my IMpala ... the box size i mentioned as the biggest i could do, is one where i can remove it. There is 18cuft in the trunk, but it has a small trunk lid, and as such, it really limits my box size. at 4cuft, the box fits very nicely in there and has plenty of room around it. | |

| sometime next month ,the first or second week .
i just had to change my termastat and when i did the bolts broke in the aluminum intake so i had to drill them out and rethread and tap the aluminum to fix it .
what a pain that was ,but that is what happens when you never had a problem with the cooling system in 7 years and don't change the termastat .
will see how it holds up i may have to build a new vehicle soon as the van has 248k for mileage so i think it is almost time for a new one . | |

| Try this h14"xw36xd19 for 4.37 cubs before displasment. put the port and subs on same side on the 14 in side of the box go port sub sub port is 12.5 in tall when ta minus the 1.5 from top and bottom and go 4 in wide for 50 square in to start you need to be 10.5 in in the box to be tuned to 41 hz will peak at 47 if this works open up the port in. 1 in incroments so go to 5 in open this will give ya 62.5 square in then the port need to be. 13.9 to get ya back to 41 hz with a peak of 47. try this let me know. | |

| We've said it a Milli times Justin scrap the 15 and do 2 12's. The 15 is ok but the 12's will give you the numbers. We've proven it that with your setup its the best way to go. | |
