| I personally make a wooden jig out of mdf of whatever shape i want and then use a flushtrim router bit to copy it | |

I am serious. We cut the plex to the shape we want with our CNC laser and then we can laser etch a logo or shape into the piece as well. | |

| Be careful if you try using something like a jig saw. Plexi melts easiily when you cut it with something like that. And if you're using .25" be careful not to bind the blade or the plexi wil snap. | |

| Upto 1/4 inch thick ... if it is a straight line I will just score and snap. Any type of patterns I will definately use my router. I will also use my table saw to cut it as well, but sandwiched between two pieces of material. | |
