RE: Kyle Humphrey AKA “Chef Kyle

After a review of posts on the USACI Forums and numerous threatening e-mails to competitors, it is the opinion of this board that Kyle Humphrey has displayed behavior unbecoming a USACI competitor. This board finds Kyle Humphrey has threatened to damage competitor’s vehicle at USACI events, threatened competitors by insinuating he will bring a firearm to USACI events, and has repeatedly ignored moderators requests on the USACI forums to cease his activities. Despite being banned from the forums Mr. Humphrey has circumvented his forum ban several times.

It is the ruling of this body that Kyle Humphrey “Chef Kyle” be banned from participating in or attending any USACI sanctioned event for a period of no less than 365 days.

As Mr. Humphrey has declined to contact USACI in regard to this matter, this ruling may be modified should Mr. Humphrey choose to contact USACI and present evidence in his defense.
