Uploading videos to PSP...

I was having trouble uploading videos to my PSP. Did a lil research and figured out that I have to make them a different folder (MP_ROOT\100MNV01). Then I need to take desired videos and convert them to MP4 files. In order to do this, I need to download a 3GP converter.

Do any of you guys know a non-phishing site that I can get this converter from? We have pretty strict security on my puter here at work, and most sites I've found (via Yahoo search) have been flagged for potential risks.

Is there any other way known of, rather than downloading a converter?
