| Got the system running last night. Our note is too low. It tested at only 60Hz, last year we were like 66-67. Still, initial testing has us higher than last year right out of the box thankfully. | |

| No. Last year we had 4 of the same 12's in a much smaller box. Last year was our first year of really competing. It looks like it's time to shrink this box a bit. | |

| These are my suggestions Move the bottom of your baffle back 4 inches from the B-pillar and the top flush with the b-pillar. When I had my baffle flush to the B-pillar I lost db's. Get rid of the 6 12's and get 3 15's It likes it better. Also Low power is a plus I had 8 SS 1700d's in mine and took 4 out and gained. I bought Alans festiva in '04 competed with it until summer '07 and sold it three months ago to someone who uses it as a daily driver now. Festiva's take alot of work but are fun. Ill try and find some of my pics and notes from when I worked on mine. | |

| Yeah, I spent last night doing some work to the inside of the box. Haven't gotten a chance to test it to see any results yet. It's in final stages of getting put back together for show on Sun. though. | |

| Testing will be happening in a few minutes. Hopefully with decent results then more building for the next two nights to get ready for Sunday. Did get the note up slightly, some more would be nice though. I don't have any pics because my camera got swiped a week ago. Dammit. | |

| I spent the other night working on the inside of the box. Results inconclusive. Ripped it back out, got louder. Did more work by shrinking the box significantly, still inconclusive. So far the only good thing is the note went up like 2Hz. It just seems to be REAL stubborn when it somes to giving up dB's. We did some testing with level checking on the o-scope tonight, hopefully that turns out okay. We'll test at work before showing up at SWAT then see what's up at the show on a real mic. | |
