OOOOPS AB400.1

By the rules. Even though the AB400.1 was tested to do lower power USAC uses the manufactors rating of 4000w @1 ohm at 14.4v

I just talked to Ralph and he said this is and will be the ratings for the 400.1 ab amp.

AMERICAN BASS IS NOW PROUD TO INTRODUCE THE VFL 400.1 AMPLIFIER. THIS AMP IS GREAT FOR HIGH POWER SPL SYSTEMS AND STREET CLASS.

WE HAVE DESIGNED THIS AMPLIFIER TO MAKE THE MOST POWER AT 14.4 VOLTS, AND THIS AMPLIFIER IS LINKABLE. THE RETAIL PRICE OF THIS AMP IS $2500

Hmmmmm... guess someone was on the phone and computer all day..... This is what i KNEW would happen . Thats why i stated ppl should wait. But i bet there are a few that bought these. cool ralph kept his word glad you took the time to fix this robert I got nothing but 600 from him and bob when I talked to them but I did'nt have all the info I needed when I called

What will happen is the amp power rating bye the Manufacturer being BOB. and with our math in usaci makes this amp bye bobs original PRESS RELEASE. makes it 1000 @ 4 ohm.


Usaci rules. Usaci rating or Manufacturer rating whichever is higher is the one Usaci goes bye.. Ralph found it (being the one sent in bye bob) 600 and bobs is 1000 so it means THE AMP PASSED AND WAS WITHIN ITS RATING.

And to further explain to the ones that will say but its Usaci Certified so cant be touched... Well the amp was sent in for verification. NOT PROTESTED. A protested amp if found wrong or underated gets Usaci's rating.. An amp that gets sent in for verification and has a Manufacturer rating already get PASSED.. yeah hey at least it passed right.. Now if a amp is sent in with no manufacturer rating and is sent in for verification it then would get a Usaci rating and would be in graved in stone....

Sucks that i know how to use the rules..... LOL Should have been a lawyer. Took a few calls and a few emails and Rob doing the same to find a Really Quik and un arguagble answer. 0-600 class was almost in for a big suprise if this would have stuck as 600. The crazy thing is that is probly what everyone was going to have to use to be level and BOB was gonna make a killin on that..



Flame away. I know i cried and did some research and got our way. So what you guys know i will do what i got to do to keep the lower classes as level as possible.... Now can we all please watch out for the amp of the season im sure it will creep around in the next couple months... If we all watch for it together we can put ppl in check before finals... REMEMBER IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE... WELL YOU GUYS KNOW THE REST OF THAT RIDDLE..

conviniently the parts that sai it is expected to to that, and the amp is not yet out for general public i the missing peices

Now thats 2 manufacturus usac keeps beating down atomic wich was a way better reason than AB look kids before your drunk little fingers start hitting the ey board

they had a conversation ab was told to send the amp in the real ratings on the amps would be found, and that would be the official usac rating, the some money issue came abut from the deal, and the word explained to me at that point was sand nigger owes me monye I wich not only meant I done care for this guy's ethnic group but also money was pwed wich I have no Issue with

like i said that is the news release, but there is some stuff missing from it

Ya know what though... Either way if i crack you up or not... THE AMP WILL NOT BE 600 IT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AT THAT. Whether its this or that ..... I will put money on it that in the end the amp wont make it in the 600 watt cat.

And that is all im worried about there ole buddy.

well if the amp was to be varified then uscac wouldnt had certified it at 600 and i aint your buddy never claimed to be man

what does certified mean and if that was the case to be verified and not certified then they would not had posted it at 600 watts usac ratings dont ya think
\I got the call right after it was on the bench and told the amo does 600@4 jeff and the xd3000 does what the original rating was on it but since they protested it and it got that rating when they did it, it has to go off the rating it has at 600 oh well

noone has produced anything other than an enail that was sent off then put on termpro for all to see what it was expected to be ive bought 3 400.1 nib in the past and well the literature from ab never said that

like i said post something other than a email of what was expected to be and im good but you guys that are doing all this research cant.

now those amps were sent in to be certified as the legal rating for them, and you see where that got them they do better in drag anyways so they probly dont care much for all this

pisses me off caue you guys work so hard against 2 companies to discredit them.

like I said none of the records this weekend will be with ab equipment. Enjoy them while they last cause they fall today.
and 0-600 shortly ill travel to texas to take that one
