| I will do that. I am seeing around the forum that it is being said that it is good again. I was hoping there was some official answer from Ralph on this. | |

| if they go 30% and leave the voltage @ 13.8 it passed, but i believe they were going to retest it at the proper voltage since the raised the percentile. | |

| That's the question that everyone would like to see answered, but has yet to be. Untill it is I will not be spending anymore money on anything. Yes I would love to compete and go to shows. I'm just not going to spend the money for gas, food, lodging and entry fees to a show where someone might protest my use of an amp that has been protested. I would sure hate to spend all that money to be DQ'd or moved to unlimited before I start. | |

I heard they have to find another M3 to test... It took about 3 months to get it back to the guy that send it in!

| I spoke to Ralph yesterday to get the answer as well. He claims to be waiting for a decision from the Competitor Committee ... another thing I just don't understand. He asked my opinion and I said "Follow the rule as written or change the rule as you see necessary or appropriate, but let us know the outcome." And update us with the new/old/modified/ammended rule too.
He also said he didn't understand why the lab tested at 13.8 volts.

But at what voltage? It was obviously tested at 13.8 while the rule still demands 14.4 volts. Ralph needs to clear this mess up and let ALL of us know the verdict.

It took about 3 months to get it back to the guy that send it in! The fedex truck it was on was siezed by customs in Canada causing a serious delay. The time frame is usually much shorter

| Seized by customs???? What else were ya'll trying to get tested? I could have eleviated that problem for ya. I can't test amps, but I am a qualified source to test other things. Keep this information in mind in the future. | |

| any definite answer yet ????????????i don't use the dd amps but have customers that need to know before a purchase . i was under the impression USACI is about stimulating the car audio industry in general this has been going on for over two weeks if you only consider the forum , much longer than that if you consider rumors . i think it's been plenty of time for an official ruling on the matter . whats the hold up ? | |
