| This is in response to the other thread that got locked about trunk cars. I will finish off this year in my crx and maybe start a trunk car next season. I say maybe because I don't know if I'll be competing next year. If I do though I really want to do another trunk build and silence all the haters about crx's and s10's are the only ones that can get loud. I took second at 2001 finals to another trunk car on team 420. Trunk cars can get loud too you just need to put in the work. A 160 is possible. It may not be easy but with what I know now I'm sure it can be done. Then what will the haters say, you guessed it "he's cheating". Just cuz they can't figure out how to do it. Stand back kid I got this one. | |

| I remember your Grand Am Rich. I was amazed, and still am with how loud you were able to get that thing. I'd understand if you don't compete next season, but I'd love to see you do another trunk car. Because I know if you're doing it, the thing is gonna be LOUD.
Good luck this year. You going to be at Steve's 300th by chance?

Good luck this year. You going to be at Steve's 300th by chance? The more I think about it the more I want to do another trunk build and see how far I can take it. I think it'll be fun as well as challenging. I'm going to try to make it to Steve's 300th nothing set in stone yet. My wife hasn't signed my permission slip yet.

I don't know if you remember me at all, but I've got the black 02 Cavalier. Used to hang out with Lonnie at the shows way back when. If you do make it, I'll come up and reintroduce myself.

I had problems keeping the spoiler on that one and all the stress cracks in the body. With todays technology and advances in audio equipment I can't imagine what it would sound like today.

| Kasey. Why must you think that anytime something is loud or going to be loud that it will not have sq ? I tried telling you in other threads that it doesn't matter in some cases that it will still have sq. It is all about what you know and how you apply it. Stop thinking one sided. | |

| Kasey you obviously missed my point and am putting me and my score in this. I know what it takes to achive a 55 out of the trunk and have good sq. You are not following on what anyone says or myself. There are those out there that are doing well over a 55 on the mic and have good sq. Try to ask questions and learn rather then think you know. | |
