THEN WHY NOT KICKER L5'S OR L7'S AND SAVE SOME MONEY AND GET LOUD LOUD

not to big on kicker. but i have looked at and considered 4 solo-x 12s

i just dont trust the design yet. that and the fact kicker is sold at CC and BB. always means drop in quality although the L7s and solo x's are some awsome subs

i guess i should have mentioned power

im going to be running 2 z1a's so 10-11k daily

1500-2500 WATTS A SOLOX WILL LAUGH AT MAN AS FAR AS TRUSTING THE DESIGN WE HAVE RAN THEM FOR 5 YEARS NOW L7'S AND L5'S AND WELL WE DOMINATE THE STOCK CLASSES WITH THEM THEY HOLD UP NOW, AND EVEN MORE SO WITH THE NEWER MODEL MAN

AND UP TO 2500 WATTS IF WERE TALKING BURPS THEN L5'S

IF DAILEY THEN L7'S

I'm sorry but daily with that power the L7's would fail miserably.
I have customers bringing in blown L7's from KX1200's.
Great subs, but with high power they only like it for short periods of time.

The SoloX 18 rating may be a little inflated. I sold a D2 18 to a customer with a MMats 3000.1 Later that week he brought it back with the voice coil looking like a melted slinky.

Like I said, kicker=awesome subs, but I wouldn't run 4 of them on 10k daily.

Btw, Jeff has 3 9500 motors that would work well with those amps strapped.
Would only cost about 150each to have them reconed to whatever size and impedance you desire. 3 18's?
