Shreveport was a good venue to me. Kansas City was always cool. Wherever doesnt matter, timing is crucial. The only competition i'll be in in November, December, or January is a big buck contest. GITERDUN

Look a nice venue is one thing. We have a killer convention center right here in Hot Springs. Foot traffic needs to be WAY more then the past few years IMO for Finals to work in USAC's advantage. KC was always the s h i t because we had decent turnout all the way around.

IMO Putting an event like this in Lawton would be yet another shoot in the foot for the organization. Shreveport has been a nice venue but traffic sucked balls. Dallas the venue and traffic sucked. Tulsa was OK at best. Omaha was decent. Damn I miss KC! Them were tha days for sure.

We need a time and place figured out now. And then a ton of marketing to get both competitors and spectators there in attendance.

We took advantage of the hotel shuttle at shreveport, didnt have any traffic issues. Kansas City is still at the top of my list tho.

Someone needs to get a TV spot wherever finals is. Fill it with BS .. crazy car audio busting windshield's. Some hair trick shots..

seriously i drove almost 13hrs each way for finals last year u can suck it up its still a almost 10hr drive for me and id be happy.lol

That distance makes it more than a three day commitment.

the day of the dedicated competitor was over 3-5 years ago
