I ran SB2 at Big Easy Motorfest Today

First topic message reminder :

Well first run I messed up started too late and ended up finishing at a 148.8. Second run I started at a 155.8 and at the end of the run finished at a 154.8 good enought for 2nd for SB2 records. Also that was on 3 10s and 1 amp not a bad score I think!! hopefully someone will post the run since they made a video of it. Also Kenny7321 did a 153.8 I think in SB3 on 3 working 10s out of the 4 and Kasey did a 150.5 with his 4 12's on 1 amp.

Well part of the reason was too that im friends with kenny and didnt want to compete against each other when we knew we could take first in either class.Im not downing Kasey when i say this but my car and kenny's car were both tested in SB and SB louder then your burp. So it wasnt a personal attack against you Kasey.

well here is the problem i had a voltage drop that went to low i tested it and here is the video and i dont know why kenny sub voice coils were smelling then if he had his setup not at full tilt.....hummmmm makes me wonder

well when you run subs for 30 secs back to back its not hard to wonder

how would the voltage drop be too low when it didnt drop past 11.6 which is not that bad

Excuses are like @ssholes, everyone has one and they all stink. If you want to prove something do it, but quit making excuses.

Oh and Kasey just by seeing what I saw in that video I could give you about 2db more...good luck finding it. I'll give you a hint, it has nothing to do with your voltage

so your saying im making up and excuse on why i loss well you dont have a clue then cuz i gave kenny his well deserve win props and didnt complain about the loss one bit... something went wrong I DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS ... it could be that the radio skipped are the voltage drop are that my one subs that has a damaged voice coil drop the amp in to a clip i dont know cuz i dont know all the tricks you guys know...

well on my first run it went down to 11.2 but on this run 11.6 i dont why this is happing ill get dave to figure something out

well i dont sorry i dont know how to build systems and you guys are better at this then i am

the reason why it lasted so long before it clipped was because i was holding the camera so it would be a good video... i cant find someone to do a good video so i have to do everything myself...so i turn the radio up slow by remote

has nothing to do with the build part!!!!!

well it must be in the connection of the batterys are something like that i dont know im too new too all this and just dont know i try to do a good run i had some problems but oh well ill get it right one of these days

kasey u already know it would've been alot louder if it wouldn't been skiping every other second.... i know the clairion pro audio dont skip, well mine don't...

i guess i might have to do the same bro if i cant fix the problem im not just going to give up my dvd player...i love to watch movies on the wayy to work...my drives are like 4+ hours so i get it right soon and next time ill give you a real challenge
