| Keep in mind you have a little resistance in your leads. If you touch them together it will show you how much. | |

| ...it's pretty negligible... =P
1.4 ohms seems to be the accepted reading when seeing these for sale though.

| ok, i know on a higher resistance coil (4ohms) is negligible, but on low resistance its messy. I know the leads on almost every meter i have owned have read between .05Ω-.07Ω in the leads. So they may be .9-1.0 per coil. Are Solox recones compatible with L7 motors/baskets, or is the vc a lot larger? | |

| I'd like to see the math your using to go from .05Ω-.07Ω on the leads to .9-1.0 difference on the coil... This will definitely NOT fit in a L7 motor. The cone/basket assembly is larger, as well as the coil. I believe L7 has 1.75" coil, soloX 10's and 12's are 3". - twentyhurtz wrote:

| All i was saying is i have leads that when touched together, read anywhere between 0.5Ω to 0.7Ω, i have about ten multimeters and they all vary. Yours obviously have very little resistance in them and are a good pair. | |

| You sure you have your decimal points in the right place?? Your previous post said .05-.07... now your saying .5-.7??
Bit of a discrepancy there... =)
