| true but i can get them fom home depot for like 15 per stick or somthing. its alot cheaper and just wanna save some money. plus PVC is alot thicker and stronger IMO. but sanman its a 2000 ford explorer. i am dumb and forgot to send cuts to fish for the double baffle so i just braced it with a t-shaped 2x4 and 2x3 frame underneath the baffle and another 2x4 on the side baffle. i stood n it and its very strong. strongest single baffle ever lol | |

| yes seeing how i have had a crx since 2003, and competed with them i have tried it all, or watched it all tried there is a reason they are expensive and its because it works now if your going to use the pvc as tubes, and use the bells from the aero's this will work but ensure you smooth the Dung Pile out of the inside of the pvc oh and i never say Dung Pile unless i have tried it | |

| jeff are you saying youve taken a piece of 6" pvc.. heated it and properly flaired it .. and tested it back to back with a real 6" aero and the aero was 3x better? just odd to me.... because in the other ORG ,where ALLLL these designs trickle down to our org from.. hand built areos are VERY proven. and you cant deny that.. i have a box for my civic with a single homemade 8" areo that will do 51.6s with 1300w clamped.. clamped the right way.. pretty sure they work. | |

| Alan are you trying to say noone in usaci has the ability to come up with desings on there own that all they do is trol db drag website to steal or copy desings
handbuilt aero's are very proven and frigard as far as i know the innovator of this more so than anyone else also uses wood not plastic with metal plated bells.
so once again my statement stands the only pvc aero's that i have seen or tested that worked were ones that also used precision port bells on the pvc tube.
no i havent heated a tube and slowly formed it over something to create the bell lol.
Alan sometimes i wounder if you really think your the only person that has done anything man persoanlly i really do like ya, but you tend to forget your not the only guy on the planet man

| " Alan are you trying to say noone in usaci has the ability to come up with desings on there own that all they do is trol db drag website to steal or copy desings "
FOR A VERY LARGE PERCENTAGE.. YES... BUT NOT STEAL OR COPY. BUT GET INFO THATS ACTUALLY USEFULL..
" handbuilt aero's are very proven and frigard as far as i know the innovator of this more so than anyone else also uses wood not plastic with metal plated bells."
ALOT USE PLASTIC... WOOD.. BONDO.. METAL...
" so once again my statement stands the only pvc aero's that i have seen or tested that worked were ones that also used precision port bells on the pvc tube.
no i havent heated a tube and slowly formed it over something to create the bell lol. "
THEN HOW CAN YOU SAY PRECISION WAS 3X BETTER?
"Alan sometimes i wounder if you really think your the only person that has done anything man persoanlly i really do like ya, but you tend to forget your not the only guy on the planet man"
i really dont see where anything i said had anything to do with me acting as if im the only one who has ever done anything. thats no doubt what i read from your offerings though man. i mean. i clearly said me and OTHERS have had luck with homemade ports, saying YOUR tests arent the only ones on the planet. its not a matter of if you like me or not man, its that you DONT like me not bowing down and biteing my tongue like most others here do.. oh well. carry on boys.

| actually the fact that you know i have ran crx's for ever/was on a team that ran nothing but crx's/all my box's were aeroports in the crx's i have had lol to assume i havent formed my own aero's is crazy man.
many people do this to cut cost way down, and i didnt say they dont work what i said is not as well unless you put a Dung Pile ton of time and work into them.
for most its just easier to buy the precison from thriller audio, and drop them in it saves so much more time.
still luv ya booboo now pucker up

| The best/loudest port I ever had was a sonotube with hand cut mdf rings that I smoothed out. Lol. "Smoothed." That's a cool word. Anyway, it was the ugliest damn port ever, but it did work. IIRC, it was over a db louder than a hot oil heated and jig flared pvc port. Hi! I'm ghetto. Lmao. That port did a 53.8 with (4) 8's. Love me some duct tape. | |
