| I am new to SQ and was wondering if anyone could tell me where speakers should be placed at. I have four 6.5" Mids, 2 Tweeters, 2 4" Coaxials, 2 6X9 coax, and 2 6.5" coax. I didnt know if there are any certain spots that I should place the speakers to get a better score in competition. Anything helps. | |

| Knowing what kind of vehicle this equipment is going in would certainly help. That's alot of speakers for an SQ setup. | |

| Depends on which category you're in also. If your doing intro then it has to be at factory locations. | |

| if it were me, would start by putting all the coax's in a box in the closet.
FWIW-I run 2 tweets,2 mids and 2 subs

| if you're new to sq install and tuning, imo, the less the better till you can get a handle on what the ride needs. every car is different. I run 1 set midbass, 1 set midrange, 1 set tweets, and 1 sub. last install i did was 1 set midbass, 1 set 3" mids, 1 set tweets, no subs. | |

FWIW-I run 2 tweets,2 mids and 2 subs all I got also... And put the Coaxs in the box and in the closet and you will have a great sounding closet... then you can run closet SQ against Chris Pate...
