| So I was pondering the rulebook and everyone says my taillights. windshield wipers, seatbelts etc must be working or in the vehicle to be 100% legal.
Can someone show me for the Modified class this is the case????
For one the seatbelts are located BEHIND the B-pillar which anything can be removed behind that point and it doesnt say anything about working taillights and windshield wipers.

| Ok so this brings up another quesiotn. It says it has to be "street legal".
Vans with alot of batteries isnt street legal. It goes over the maximum weight capacity of the vehicle. I'm sure no one with a van has a heavy duty truck plate on theirs?

| you are gtting a little confused my friend it has be be deemed legal road worthy a van that is not is considered supermod man so it has to be street legal and when you get pulled pver and do not have any seatbelts after the cop realizes there are none you are impounded for the fact it is not DOT legal. hope im not sounding like im an asshole while explaining this but i get a little frusterated when common since is not used i live with someone that has none lol. anyone else have any mopre in depth explanations on this I would like to hear more myself | |

| ok so you don't have to have windshield wipers unless it's raining. So I can buy racing seats and just use a racing harness for a seat belt.
I can get my taillights to work easily. Just add the bulb back in. lol
