| yep just got one fixed ...only took 3 weeks wich is good for them he takes awhile but cheap pricing and top notch repair | |

| Thanks. I am looking for a new repair center.
I didn't want to say anything but ARC has 3 of my amps and won't return emails or phone calls. It's been 3-4 months.
I have had directions from mapquest for a few weeks now. I am planning a road trip to Ohio. It's about an 8 hour drive. I am afraid it's to late. If they have already closed. | |

| I swear by db-r. He is the only one I trust for several reasons. He is the authorized repair place for several companies and comes to several shows a year including finals. That says a lot to me even if its just to say hi and watch. | |

So, check this out. I called ARC and left ANOTHER message to please call us with an update. Later in the day, Scott finally returns our call. And get this. He's upset and offended that we have left such nasty messages and emails. He cuts me off every time I start to say something. He says he's tired of it and is just going to send the amps back to me. Does he really expect people to wait 3-4 months with no contact and total disregard. What a diick! | |

What a diick! Whne they sent mine back, they still charged me 35 per amp for a "bench fee" and wouldn't send my customers amps back until I paid that......real good customer service.  | |
