| you will be disappointed with the z's and sb run. then again the 99z's are bad ass. but the 95z i had sucked asss! like almost 2dbs less than stock aq's! plus i dont care what "others" say about the z subs. it may hold 10-20k on burps only if the build is right. and that will not hold 4 d9's and 30 secs. | |

| These are going to end up as 15's.! The guy I bought them from said they were first gen 99z's Another guy said no! Those are 3 rd gen 99's. So? | |

| it's real simple. The Z is a neo motor, the reg. 99 is not. | |

| i was told the only difference between the generations was the type of neo used i guess the later models use a better type of neo and stronger! | |

| idk i just know what i read and it just said its a different kind of neo like n56 or something like that id look back through it was on caco but caco is down now so cant really do it now. | |

In your install they did suck but in many others people have gained.....In spl there are no givens that one sub is louder than another until you test. I have heard people gaining 2db switching from aq to 9500's also. You not retired either LOL...I would also say that I dunno of any sub that could take 4 d9's for a full 30sec....Do you??...99Z have been burped on over 30k and held but we all know 30 sec is a lot different. | |

| If you're not above 150 dB, with 1-12" on 9-12kW, I would be very surprised. You've got 5x the power I run, and alot more SPL know-how.
My prediction is 152.8 dB after some basic tuning.
