wtb amp with 2.5-3.5k@ 2 ohm

Looking to buy an amp that will do 2.5-3.5k @ 2 ohm. No budget just depends on t aMP I need it before Christmas let me know what u have thanks

i have a rockford t3k, with rise to 3.4 power was 2980 watts

You can get them on Ebay for around 300.00

audiopipe doesnt do 2500 at 2ohm, barely does that at 1ohm

Problems with the AP:
THD and S/N performance is poor
Efficiency is poor (batteries required)
Undersized heatsink --> Power loss at high temps

Otherwise, they put out rated power for burps and SB. Tested it many times myself and they're capable... even if they get some heatsoak by the end of 30 seconds.

AP30001D has 2 AP15001D's strapped internally. They each put out 1500 +/- @ 1 ohm... so you'll get the full 3000 +/- @ 2 ohm from the 3000. I've heard other people get rated from them too.

You're right, I was wrong, I was thinking of the AQX, don't know why haha.
I sell so many of the AQX series I just automatically thought of it and totally spaced on the AP.
That amp will do plenty of power at 2ohm.
