| Here is a little something you may wanna try if you are going to build big flared ports. Build an inside mold out of MDF ring and body fill them to make the curve. The heat the PVC w/ a fish frying pot and oil. That way it will heat evenly and not burn. Works like a charm | |

| looks good fish ya gonna have to fill me in on how you did them flares like that, i got some 6in just laying around now an i am gonna need something for flares this looks like it will work now all i gotta do is get a mold made an i am in buisness for sure. hell if you talk me throw i will deff do a vid on it cause their arn't any on youtube trust me cause i have looked for at least 2 days on how to do it. i did find a website where a guy talked about it once but it was all in pictures but really wasn't detailed enough. an canaan i love the fish oil idea that i may give a try myself. | |

| as a matter of fact fish that was the first an only site i found that showed you how to do it step by step an pretty good site too very informative but i think that guy goes into it a little too much lol. all i wanted to know was how did he get the tube to round over like that an that was it he was talking about wind noise or something other. on the side note i need to know how to do the jig that you use, oh an that heat an squeeze technique is new so you screwed it down to a jig an heated it up an pulled down with the screw on the rod, awesome bro gonna have to do this someday soon. | |
