| Being curious, would you be able to run 4 rd 3250s in stock 1801-3k? It would go off the 4ohm rating? If so its 750@4ohm. | |

| Hey Ralph, any way to get the amp rating out there for Soundstreams TRX amps? They have no outside markings so judges kept going back and forth last year as to their rating. The only way to tell is by thier length TRX700D 15.875" TRX1000D 17.5" TRX1500D 19.875" and TRX2000D 22.625". | |

| The Linear Power 2.2HV is only a 25 watt high voltage amp that WILL NOT bridge lower than 4 ohms mono (even with modifications). Why do you rate it at 500 watts ?? | |

| The list hasn't been updated in a long time. I just bought a new Atomic 5000.1 amp, the ratings say it's 1400 watts @ 4 ohm and I was talking to a guy in Nova Scotia with this amp that clamped 5600 watts out of it, it puts out a little more than rated power but should still be under the 1800 watt limit in the 601-1800 class.
Does Anyone have an idea if these amps are different from the ones tested a few years ago that were added to the list for unlimited power classes? Another competitor just bought one too, so it's gonna suck for us if we have to buy new amps to stay in our classes.

| Sorry but if you read ANY ATOMIC amp 2 watts or 3 million watts it UNLIMITED. ANY amp sorry to be so blunt but that will never change .. George broke a HUGE rule in 04 and will NEVER be allowed to have a rating in usaci bro.... George is just lucky atomic wasn't completly banned from usaci..... He met half way for the compeditor and at least allow them in the unlimited class. Just thought i would update ya on at least that one question everyone is wondering... Until George get with Ralph and tries to fix it .. The issue will never be fixed, I mean com on he inteintionally put 1500 boards in a listed amp of 800 watts and was same size and footprint as the 1500 and the casing said 800 and was 4 ohm of 300 watts and Ralph opend 18 of them and every last one of the 18 amps he opened Read and i qoute 1500.1 and the 1500 had a actual 4 ohm rating of 750 or some shittt so you see what was what now right? Anyway that caused some serious chit bro ya know | |

| I don't have my manual on hand, but I'm pretty sure it says 1400 watts @ 4 Ohms.
I saw a reply on my Facebook from Randy at Atomic saying that the 5000.1 is now allowed in USACi, but he didn't say what classes they were allowed in. I was able to hit my 1st USACi show with this amp last weekend and put myself in the Mod 4000+ class because I have no idea if it really got approved for the 601-1800 or not. I don't want to be in an Unlimited class if I don't have to be.

| I found the manual, it says:
900 watts @ 4 Ohms 1800 Watts @ 2 Ohms 3600 Watts @ 1 Ohms 4500 Watts @ .75 Ohms
I haven't had time to clamp mine yet, so I don't know personally how close it is to those ratings. I really hoped it would be much higher.
If it was actually tested by USACi doing 877 at 4 ohms then I'd like to have Ralph post that so it's official and I can actually use the amp in my normal class. I really wanted to hit Finals for my 1st time, but once I saw that the amp was unlimited I figure it was pointless, for this season anyway.

| Pretty sure they go by the manufacturers rating. If it gets tested by USACi and they find out it's output is different then they'll place it in the appropriate class. Until then I'd just go by the factory rating. | |
