| I know some of you heard that I wasn't going to be at finals this year. It's funny but I only told 2 people that I wasn't going to be able to make it...  Well, things worked out in my schedule and now that weekend is free again. I guess me and Blondie (and maybe little Blondie) are going to see everyone in Shreveport in a couple of months. I hope we'll have more than 5 cars to judge since we're unfortunately scheduled on top of one of our competitor's finals also.

I for one, am beyond glad. Team TCA will be there with more cars than last year and multiple entries. I'm taking next year off...so gotta make this one count.

| Very cool!! Glad to hear that we're going to have a strong showing this year!! I look forward to seeing everyone there, as does Andrea. Ya'll haven't met the munchkin yet but she's a miniature version of the senior blonde.

We will be there with a minimum of 5 cars to judge, but like you said, it is stacked on top of another finals the same weekend, just more bad planning. I know they tried to move things around, but if things were planned before hand and not tried to be dealt with after the fact it might have been different. Things like this seem to always happen, Example (and there have been many other examples too) but the Tunica Ms show wasn't a very big turn out, especially in SQ because Todd was having his big contest series going on in neighboring Arkansas and most of the SQ vehicles were at those shows, not blaming Todd, but again bad timing. We shouldn't stack or own big shows on top of each other and we should try our best to coorodinate with other organizations on their big shows where we can cross polinate each other's events. Just better planning would make things better. |
