Hate to say it

I am officially done for good my father has stage 4 cancer, and im moving to KY to be with him during his last days on this planet.

I have done nothing but have fun doing this car audio Dung Pile, and wouldnt change anything I have ever done in it thats for sure. I love confrontation, and I am extremely competitive so with all the ego's in this sport it fit me perfectly. I would like to say I think it will be around for a long time to come, but I dont think it will be at all.
If there is one thing I can see that would help it out is this I think the rule book needs to be adjusted as well as updated on a constant basis so there is no confusion as to what is a rule and what isnt.

I feel your pain and my prayers are with you. My Step-dad died last year from cancer. My Dad has it beat, so far.

i dont have sympathy for him I mean all you smoker make that choice then when it catches up with you well you knew it was eventually coming.

I am how ever guilty for being gone the last 18 years in the Army dong my thing so its time to go back snd spend some time at home

na but I know you'll do what you do, Thats you!!! Be with your pops. Make up for that time. I didnt hang out with my dad for 13 years, while I was in the service, but now I just enjoy hanging out with him. WE WILL SEE/HEAR FROM YOU AGAIN. You love us too much to stay away.

You know I don't think that your first statement here is true. After all you are going to up and move to be with him during his last bit of time on this earth. So you may not have sympathy for what he chose to do with his life, but you do have sympathy for him. And as far as being gone in the Army for 18 years, I am pretty sure your dad is proud of you for all you have done for this country. Just like the rest of us. If it weren't for the people in the armed forces protecting us we would not be able to do the things we love to do. No matter what that may be. So my thoughts and prayers go out to you and yours so that this time of your lives are not as hard as they seem. But always remember no matter how bad it gets its the little things that get us by. Man my prayers are for you. I was diagnosed with Stage 2 cancer 3 years ago. Its tough. Not only on the person but anyone that is in there life.

They got the cancer in my cheek early enough but it is gone. But I still have a inoperable brain tumor in my frontal lobe.

But man take care.

Umm this is kinda personal aint it? Ive seen this thread minus the cancer part like 3 times. Hopefully your dad gets better and doesnt kick the can.
