I bet there is at least 7 or 8 people in SB4 this year....We are not changing rules....we are wanting the rules enforced.

| Kimon I know whats up, I personally asked Fred about this issue one day at a TBP event and he basically told me that the deal was complete. Of course originally he didnt know that Larry would turn the Van around and have the box completely ripped out and redone to the point that now Fred is actually remorseful over the trade in the first place. Once Larry started pulling numbers greater than what Fred was doing with it, Fred came out with "you cant have the title until the finals are over because i dont want you in my class".
Fred you can call me what you want... You dont know me and so I could care less what you say, period. A real competitor wouldnt act like this to begin with. Once you decided you wanted his truck and handed him the keys to the van, your saga with it was over. After all the van was originally the Audio Pipe van and although some mods were paid for(by you) to be done by Kimon(Audio Depot) after you took possesion, the box was still exactly the same. It was totally your choice to abandon the potential of the van and keep trying with the Explorer.

| 14. Any current USACI member who competes in at least one Street Beat event will be invited to compete in Street Beat at the USACI world finals. | |

to compete in Street Beat at the USACI world finals. Ok I was under the impression we had to have points this year but I guess not.

Well the box being redone and him finishing out the van differently than what it was has no influence over the fact that Larry Dean cannot compete in SB4 because he does not qualify for the class period. It has not been a year since he worked at PCI, plus it would be harder to prove but he paid less than the required 50% of MSRP. I could care less what he wants to do next year. Personally I say F'ing bring it. I look forward to it. I have built a vehicle that has beaten him once I would have not problem doing it again.

| I was told by Jenissa that everyone, even SB classes, needed 200 points to qualify for finals. I guess you didnt. Well good luck to all who are in SB. Sounds like its going to be a roller coaster ride of emotions. | |

| It doesn't matter the van has a fiberglass dash which in the rules it says no modifictions foward of the b pillar. So that means he will be in super mod. | |

| Well after some conversations with someone I highly respect and admire. I am done with all this BS let the chips fall where they may. I should of had more respect for USACi and the rest of the competitors than to come on here and air out this dirty laundry so to speak. Hopefully I will be able to regain everyones respect and trust after all this BS. Good luck to all the competitors and have a safe trip. | |

he is running sb so what does it matter about a fiberglass dash, I have seen mdf door panels, and heard of people running fiberglass floors in sb

| its like what we talked about kenny anyone can run sb in whatever they want as long as it runs an have seats in a factory location it can be used in sb. as far as points goes yes you have to points in order to compete at finals in a sb class. the rule the ryan posted was from about 2-3 yrs ago when sb was considered an open class. you do have to have points in sb in order to compete if you just roll up an wanna run sb at finals your either in sb5 or local classes. | |
