That freq. is too high for SB. I would think. My 97 Explorer peaked at 48-49.

I was telling the gentleman the resonant frequency of that vehicle. I had one, the exact same year. I know what I'm talking about. You don't have to be a buffoon(look it up) for these folks all the time do you?

Actually the freq. for outlaw is 53-54hz and 50-51hz on the dash and headrest. Been the same in every explorer or mountaineer ive ever touched (which is alot) If you really KNOW that much about them you would know this..lol.

That's not correct sir and believe me I've been around for a long time, had several sponsorships, held several titles including a National Title, competed in 6 organizations but this is not about me. I was just trying to help the gentleman. Maybe you and I test differently. I was taught by a couple of past USACi, DB Drag, IASCA world champions.

Now this link is for an SPL set up, but you may find some of this info helpful, BTW it mentions the resonant frequency.

Ive been around for a while myself. My team including myself have 6 world titles and multiple 2nd and 3rd place finishes with explorers and mountaineers. Take it for what its worth, but hes gonna have to build and test for himself.

2 of my friends have same year Jeeps as I do. 1 guys freq is @ 47 hz the others is 53. Mine is way up to 59.On the glass Im at 48 hz @ 156. All you can do is test and go from there. Sounds like Solo1 is giving you good strong advise.
