Trunk is gonna be ferice!!

First topic message reminder :

Well this is what i got done as of now...

0awg wire
Big 3
Stock alt 90amp
1 Audioforce 1100 battery in trunk
1 Yellowtop in front(hood)
Only used 1 d5 amp...due to the master, slave terminal broke.
2 dd 3512's
In a crappy 2 hour (thrown together box,tuned at 45htz)

We built and tuned for a total of 3 hrs hrs...just to see a starting point

Remember I have another d5 to hook up,holes in my trunk to fill,another batt to add,A large case 300 amp altenator and a better built box with fiberglass and my own termlab and mucho test time...Looks like Im smelling a 155 easy!

box design isnt his it was in neons in omaha like 4 years ago they were doing 155-156 out the trunk of neons then

correction sanman the box design was mine i gave it for joe styles AKA joe joe....Before i EVER had a rex i competed in my civic that was the box design ive ran in that car forever.....and funny thing is i stumbled on that one on accident Chilcott was trying to tell me to build his box but i was on the aeroport kick so i made mine with aeros to the side subs up. anyone who wants the box design can have it let me know ill measure it up

ITS A BOX THAT MANY CRX'S HAD IN THEM WAY BEFORE TRUNK CLASSES.

THIS IS WHERE THE BARROWED DESIGN CAME FROM IN MY COMMENTS

TIMMAY YOUR NOT THE ORIGINATOR OF THE STYLE OF BOX, YOU MIGHT HAVE BEEN ONE OF THE FIRST TO USE IT IN A TRUNK.

2 12's.....13.5x13.5x26.5 one 6 inch aero to the drivers side subs up all the way back under the trunk lid

you talking bout subs up ports back design( AKA CRX BOX)? cuz my trunk box is abit different than that, and it definitely flopped in a crx lol

Ive gave them dimensions out hundreds of times on here, and its the box i used at finals last year...

i really doubt "this" box is what makes scores.. so big deal im willing to bet many have already tried it with no luck same as crxs....

Port to the side has heilded to be loudest in my trunk also Timmy but I have more testing with port area to see what's louder

not new news to anyone who knows how to build a box, but new to all those noobs who try to replicate what they see and fail misrebly.

another thing i think is always funny are the ones who fail to actually tune the box with the meter and think they know what the port lentgh is due to some math formula. so they scrap the box and build a new one only to fail again due to what they think, vs actually testing and tuning it.

so bass box pro isnt my best choice for getting the civic loud? guess i have to start all over again...

bass box pro has never been any body's best choice i laugh at shops using that Dung Pile

its good for cut sheetes thats about it

My box. 36.5 x 14.5 x 16. 5 in slot port. Sub up port up. 6 in angle ajacent to the port side. 2 in in the port.

Works ok up to a 155
