d5 amps

i just spoke to steve at rd i just order amps if ya all want any d5 hes only got a FEW advaialble! i would have a credit card ready when ya call !! they wont last long

are those for next season? LOL
well, he usually gets amps out ok, seems most problems are with woofers/recones.

aaron its obviouse you have had issue with RD in the past with the way you make your feelings felt about him, but I mean are you running for had of the hater club against them or what.

why not just run your IA equipment and be happy with that man you made a decision and choice thats great for you.

there are some that are willing to deal with RD knowing about the service they have.

Well, Jeff, it still pisses me off. I guess thats why i still VENT about it.. When you send a guy $4000.00 within hrs of making the order and get lied to and lied to and lied to and lied to. It really forces an opinion of that brand on me.... I do like how even you, now find yourself waiting for stuff from him.. How many times has he told you it shipped?

since OCT thats why im fixing to download every bit of it because when someone say were more than buisness associates were friends well i dont dump on my friends.

like I have stated the service is his dwnfall if it ever gets fixed ill e happy, but waiting for Dung Pile aint my strong suit

Ya he has gotta get better at customer service. Not that I have had any problems,I'm just now entering the world of rd...but I can see where ppl get ticked off.I can see waiting a couple of weeks but like 4 months is crazy.I would b a lil mad too.

from my experience ... RD Audio is one to stay away from ... I've heard nothin but complaints from customers and audio shops that carried their products ... (products and service) ... Expecially when we talked about the Imperial stuff ...

THE PRODUCT ITSELF IS ROVEN THE NEW 3250'S SUCKED ASS HE WENT A CHEAPER ROUTE TRYING TO MAKE MORE MONEY OFF THE SALE OF THEM AND GOT SCREWED. I STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT JUST NOT THE COMPANY ANYMORE

Me too! But maybe the customer service will change, look at it this way...it can't get any worse! So its got to get better

SO IN A SENCE I DONT EVEN MESS WITH RD.

YOU GUYS BUY AMPS THEN EXPECT TO SEND THEM BACK TO THE COMPANY AND GET THEM BACK IN A REASONABLE TIME LOL GOOD LUCK I HAVE MANY YEARS IN THIS GAME, AND IF THEY WONT DO A 1 FOR 1 SWAP WELL LIKE I SAID GOOD LUCK
