With 4 12 there will be little room for a port ! So I would mount the subs all the way down and try to squeeze in a 4 inch port all the way across the top . And build the box 24 inches deep with a 13 inch long port! I have built a cut through in a 95 1500 ! 2 mojo 15's and a 4kw did a 156.5 @ 45hz ! Good luck!

I heard alot of people talking about the 4th order setup. I have been thinking about that option. What kind of box setup was the 2- 15' in? if you dont mind me asking?

This works.

My 4 MTX square 12's did a 157.7 @ 68 Hz

added another face on it for 2 12's and cut as much of the dividers as I could out then:
2 MTX 9500 12's did a 156.2 @ 56 Hz
2 300 watt off brand 12's did a 151.8
2 Dual "wal mart special" 12's did a 149.5

added another face on top of the other two faces for 2 10's and then:
2 RE SE 10's did a 153.7 @ 54 Hz

blocked off one of the 10" holes with a piece of wood cut out of an old desk top and then:
1 RD HW 10 did 153.7 @ 53 Hz and street beated a 151.7.
because of all the faces and the block off plate, when you turn it up, you can hear wood slapping against wood (no, that's not "what she said")
that's my story of this amazing ghetto box.

If you decide you wanna try it, let me know and I'll get you some specs.

subs forward, square chimney ports up. I only used square chimney ports because I was too cheap to buy 6" aero ports. Laughing
