im not sure how to wire the amps to the batt yet. i was gunna do sold blocks of alum. w/ set screws but im gunna do 4 banks of batt. so that means 8 blocks i got room on the side but man if one - hits a + block look out so im not sure what to do. how is pinky done? if any one got pics or ideas im up for them

just make 2 long ass bars man 1 + 1 - and run 0 gage from all batts to them then out then to the amps

i would use solid copper bars instead of alluminum ... faster response to amps ... less restistance ...

if you wanna save money you can use aluminum but if your big money banking like this guy you can get those copper bars lol. but i am with jeff 2 long bars one pos one neg, you would be better off an it would look alot better too

ok dave and sanman but you think its better to do all one set how would i separate them into 4 banks for charging if i have just 2 bars. i was gunna have 4 of the 25 amp chargers. or can i just connect all the batteries and put all 4 charges together on one bank at one time to charge?

We have redone our batts,We have four rows of batts, One positive one negative for each row then looped them together with 0awg on each end of the bars so 3 loops of positive 3 loops of negative. And yes if your a baller bout $500.00 will get you 32 foot of copper bar and they will cut it for you in 4 foot pieces. Then you can have four chargers one on each row of batts they will help charge faster and they can all be tied together

ok i think thats what im gunna do i got a charge acount at local steel yard the metal fab is no problem i have a metal shop and wood shop, so i guess the copper bars it is with lots of 0 gauge streatchs to the master postive and negative blocks then just put the 4 charger hook ups on the big loop of bus bars spaced evenly apart

looks good! i am so mad i could by an american bass amp,lol, i spent 20 + hrs machinig one disturbition block and after drilling 72 holes to realize one of the flutes got bent after first couple holes to #*@! up all my holes. now i gota by bigger bolts, re drill & re-tap errrrrrrr

It's getting there going to work late again tonight we will see how far it gets, I feel like I been laying on a bunch of batteries all night

These are the hard work people don't see. They think u get loud by trowing stuff in your vehicle.. Keep up the good work guys.

It takes time and alot of work just by chang over to copper we gained .4 of a volt while resting and the charge is higher than before as well
