1 ohm. I don't think it's strappable.

i know for sure that you can strap them but not sure @ what ohm load. I think 2 ohms is the lowest but just wanted to make sure.

i did my at .8

as long as your volage stay up you should be fine at.5

Ask CoreyJ he is running 12 or 24 strapped right now, don't remember which.

I tried it @ .5 and i let all the smoke out of my amp. voltage was not an issue. my batts never dropped below 16vs so I dont think .5 is a good idea. Thankfully I have an extra 4KW.

For burp and roll vol .5 strapped. .8 for burp strapped.

Yes it is strappable

I"ve seen them strapped as low as .25 ohm and they did not go up insmoke but had a ton of battery behind them.
.5 ohm or 1 ohm are great results if the set up and woofer are right.

Strapped at .25(.125 final) or strapped at .5 with final load of .25?

I never heard they could go below .25 but damn

sup cg, how's springfield. yes skip strapped at .25 those amps are POWER HUNGRY, you better have battery behind it or its nite nite for the amp and the wonderful smell of burnt outputs and power supply.

what would a pair be strapped at to get a .5 ohm final load? i want to try a pair on my 8 l7's but it would be a .5 ohm load.

Not sure if im reading this right but.. If your final load (haha he said LOAD.) Okay anyway if final load is .5 ohm then you would be .5 strapped and each amp would see .25 Hope this helps BOBBY.

well i tested today with one amp @ .5 and did a 157.2. Put in second amp, rewired subs to 2 ohms and did same # 157.1 cant understand why same #'s with extra amp. Dont understand why I smoked the last amp when they were Strapped @ .5 I'm running 6 Kinetik 16v batts and voltage doesnt drop below 15.9.
Any help anybody?

.25 each,thats pretty low,dont know if they could handle that for very long.Especially for a daily,even with the 8 batteries i already have.

why you need such a low load? running 2 clarion11500 strapped and there running great at a 2ohm load. something different about those amps?

If i run all eight subs off em that will put me at .5 ohm load at the amp.

Run 4 subs on 1 amp you have a 1 ohm load. Leave it at that if your worried about a .5 ohm load.

to get them to put out their power after impedance rise.....maybe thats something you should try joe might get louder....may need to roll into your burp but worth a try

because your amps are geting the impendence they like ask jim hes only gained like .4 by adding 2 more amps

What you need to do is get a different coil configuration. If you can get both amps at .5 (1ohm strapped) you would be a happy person Very Happy

Gonna try just running 1 amp to each sub @ 1 ohm instead of 2 strapped @ 2.

Darrell its a 1.4 DB gain.. But whos counting... And that is with each amp at .5 so imagine what its gonna do when all three of those amps are seeing .33 OHHHHHHHHHHHHH LAWD. Shocked
