| setup ::::: 2001 VW Golf GL, 5 spd 2 door Digital Designs M3 amp Memphis Mojo 15Q1 X-Static Batcap 2000 Pioneer P4000DVD head unit w/iPod & bluetooth Revamped spare tire storage area - you'll have to forgive some of the wiring, I had to leave some stuff loose so I could remove the hatch I made. Replaced the stock cardboard cover with a 3/4" MDF carpeted one. Cooling fan for the amp. Enclosure Opinions? | |

I was given a distance of ~3" from the side wall by a buddy from DB Drag, so I built to that concept. Making a 3cu ft box in that trunk was not easy, especially having to fit 2 6" aeros and a 15" sub LOL. but thx

Yeah, I was told 3cu ft NET and 2 16" aeros tuned for around 49hz ... the car is peaking at 52hz right now doing a 152.4 in 0-600, i would like to see that go up of course but meh, it's still pretty friggin loud.

| get rid of the fuses do a new top move the sub as far to the rear of the car in the box as possible then buy 1 more 15, and sink it in the box right where the seat folds up then you will be near 56 man. | |

At this juncture I do not have another 300-400$ for a second MOJO 15", and I don't have the power to push em. If I was to guess at amp output rigght now, I would say its around 2000-2500W and those subs are 2-4K ea.

| fuses came in handy. I put the wires a bit too close to the CV half-shaft, they started rubbing and the friction chewed through one of the power leads.... | |
