Subject: Vista termlab help Tue Jul 28, 2009 5:29 pm
getting the error.... usb must be connected to computer for TL to work. Well it is connected and i tried all of the help stuff from TERMPRO but most of what is showed does not match what vista showes me. Any help would be gratefull guys.

Vista 32 or 64?
I had hell w/ my laptop on 64. Had to call em and get the new program w/ that is 64 compatible.

DOnt know, how do i check? Its only 4 months old and its vista home premium if that helps. OK, just found it. it says 32 bit operating system

Did you install with the pop up screen? If you did when I loaded it on a competitors computer it didn't work either I had to go into the file and load from there.
Hope that makes sense.
If you need help it would be easier to call me as I could walk you thru it.

this happen to me with the amd processor as well. i never got it to work so i used a different computer

Try this, open device manager while it is plugged in, and see if you see any "unknown devices" if you do, highlight it, and hit your delete key, if it asks you if you want to remove the drivers as well, say yes, then reboot, and plug it back in
