well what do they consider a "tone" all rap and bass cd's are created with a drum machine or sorts, i mean cmon what would you consider Run DMC's Dumb Girl the bass in that song could be considered a tone, they seriously need to clarify the ruling

shoot, 1/2 f jeezys songs are straight notes.... but at like 28 hz lol
