trying to get my vehicle ready for my 1st event in over 10 years, going into SB1, problem is that my Crossfire amp is heating up something fierce, playing musical bass cd's the amp will cut out, playing a 40 hz tone for 20 seconds and it dosent cut out(confused) i know i have a voltage problem by watching the volt meter(adding alternator & 2nd battey) was considering installing a fan. will this help a little ?

did more checking on my setup, its not a heat issue thats making my amp cut out(still gonna put that fan in though), its a voltage issue, i need to get my alternator put in and my extra battery, thanks everyone
