Midwest Slamfest Double Point SPL

Hey all,
Looks like we are taking over this awesome event next weekend. It's going to be a double point SPL shootout in Warrensburg, MO.
The SPL event is on Saturday, August 25th. Registration starts at 10 AM and the lanes should start up around Noon.
Fees for the show are $30 for USACi members and $35 for non members. This will also get the driver into the car show. Seeing as this is also a huge car show, there is a $5.00 spectator fee to get any passengers into the event.

Local classes- for competitors that don't compete on the national level. No national points awarded for 1st-3rd place.

Not sure I'm following you here. This is a standard double point event, points should accrue as normal.

Rich has never had "local classes" !! Its just a standard USACi event.

Apparently not.. I've never even heard of such a thing. LOL

So who all is going? I still can't decide if I want to drive 60 miles down the highway for this show.


Any idea on how much it costs for someone to get in that isn't with a vehicle that's entered? I know it says $5 for passengers, but what about us that aren't passengers?

I believe it's a $5.00 spectator fee all around.

A few of our fellow directors have chosen to add contests like "Locals", "Legal" and "fun Run" to their events, although there is absolutely no mention of those classes and/or divisions in our rule book. And before you ask, Hell no, I don't do them at my shows either.

Good show. There was two car shows that day. So we end up at the wrong one at first but we made it. LOL. Nice to see you back in the lanes jeff.
