RD equipment

Has anyone recieved there amps yet? (rd5) I'm still waiting on the rest of my sub's also:x . been a month now:roll:

I just got my stuff. not the d5's though. I got 2 D9's

my D9s are on the way, the subs are supposed to go out thursday or friday.

have you guys called the man and see whats up with the equipment

Yep, thats how i know that. Trying to get steve to give me a break on 2 more amps... 4 more recones ...

yes sir, you fellas need to give the guy a call. Puttin it out here on the forum aint the correct way to get a responce.

Steve does great on answering phone calls, Everytime i call him, he answers, even if he is busy. He may say... Hey man, i am on the other line with a dealer or customer, let me call you back... Most people just wont answer the phone. I even try emails just so i am not bothering him and always get a responce.

I have called him and he said looking at tracking #'s I was getting sub's today. Not trying to ditch on Steve just trying to get eq. so I can start testing. Havent done business with Steve before so I don't think asking on the forum is a problem.

I'll call Steve back tomorrow to see wuz up

Just have him give you the trackin numbers, and you will then know for sure delivery.

Steve called me today and said that I will get the rest of my sub's tomorrow. He said something happen with shipping. hat's off to Steve for calling. glad I did'nt have to do the call -- heavy breathing--hang up thing----

Steve is a small business, but he gets you your equip as fast as he can.

Well, as old as this post is, i still dont have cones/baskets. they are supposed to be here today.

ok its like this guys waiting does suck, but when you dont have a wharehouse and you get it sent from other locations your at there mercy. I myself would rather wait because there are companies that do not even allow you recone kits, or baskets at all then your out more money in the long run. I use to be just like you guys upset and tired of waiting, but in the end it paid dividens.

I dont mind the waiting, i just mind the being told every week that they will be here and i still dont have them. All he has to say is, hey man, i got to get them ordered and built, give me 2-3 weeks. Thats fine with me. I should have them by the end of the week, for 3 weeks is what sucks.

He did get the amps out fast though

sounds like you have already been told what the hold up is to me man. BUILT/ORDERED someone may have already told you whats up lol. It took me till 3 weeks before finals last year before I had 9.0's wanna talk about very little test time, but they dam sure did wha he said they would.

no one told me anything . Every time i ask about them, he tells me a different day. The last one was for today. Fed ex drove by and didnt stop today.

Steve has some of the best equipment out there right now. Thats why i am buying it. I will leave it at that... I just wish it would get here.

I've ordered 2-18's and 5 amps last week and he has got it all to me by yesterday except one amp,give him time bro they will be there,like sanman said takes time coming from/being built and so on,Steve's a great guy with alot to do,so don't give up on it because it's worth the wait,and believe me no one hates waiting more than I do.

Did you Get D9s towboatbobby? I am not giving up. My whole build was planed for a D9 on each HW, not to many other woofers will SB with a D9 on it.. what does suck is that i leave for Florida in 5 days, for 9 days, so i had to tell him if it does not ship by today, hold on to it because i wont be here to get them.

maybe he should hire someone to help him out?? ... i can think of a VERY simular company.. with VERY simular issues... he for sure needed some help but had nothing but his wife to beat him with a stick when he messed up haha
