| try blowing the whistle into a bull horn...but not sure if a bullhorn can handle the frequency
the average dog whistle frequency is between 16k and 22K hz. If a bull horn can handle that, then I think you are golden |

| Dog whistle frequency = 16000 Hz to 22000 Hz
You can download clips and play it through whatever you need |

| I think you might run into an issue getting something to reproduce and amplify a signal that high in the spectrum at the levels your are asking. |

| Just use a higher end pro Audio Mic to record the sound. I doubt a dog whistle is a pure tone, so you will need a recording to get the harminics. Then just play it though a nice PA system. Most folded horn tweets will be able to throw it a good way with about 100 watts
I don't think the smaller peizeo (sp?) will get it far enough. Take a look at Carvin or EV for their folded horn PA drivers...I also doubt the smaller vocal sized PA's would do it. |

| Most of what I see you guys are offering is not made to reproduce frequencies over 20k. Most P.A. are not even made to go over 20k or over human hearing. |

| If they are having issues with their dog, then train the dog, don't look for a way to cause it pain. |

| its not their dog i am guessing... i think it might be a couple neighbors down from their house... a typical dog whistle only has a span i guess of about fifty feet or so.... well that is what i heard |

| here's one, up to 27Khz and it's $.50...get 12. http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=272-300 i bet a dog whistle does produce some wicked harmonics and might not be easy to reproduce. |
