Any one has a idea of a good frequency of a extend cab 1995 chevy silverado? mainly street beating

48-53hz...depending on how big you build.

my 95 liked 45 hz but like all vehicles it will be diffrent. i had mine with subs forward and port forward. port on the drivers side here is one of the boxes i built it did i think 147.8

It really depends on build size. The higher the tuning, closer to the cabin frequency for higher spl. The lower the tuning, you might get a loss in spl but gain the lower frequencies that feel like a higher spl.

were putting 4 12" kicker cvx and at the moment powered by 2 orion d2400 but gonna try to up grade the amps

For just a quick box, try this:
~9cuft net, subs up, port low on box toward driver side wall.
Or subs forward, port across back wall.

Tune to around 45-48hz (on paper)

That should easily be good for ~150-151 w/ your power.
