Is this amp designed to perform best at or around 14v? Just wondering why the switch to the Treo on 18v? I assume that is why?

What's the plan for next year? Looking for a rematch? It would be fun... already have what looks to be a good rivalry going on. We'll have a entry in prostock 601-1800 and Andrew may possibly run stock 0-600...don't know for sure.

Hi Chris, the amps also work at 18V just as good as thay do on 14V. Only sad thing ways I dont Kirs B did not know that.

Thanks for the reply. I wasnt sure if they were 18v capable out of the box. We have been told yes and no depending on who you talk to. Kevin Rich and Krissy test about anything there is to test before finals I'm sure, so that makes me assume they prefer one amp over the other on 18v. Those guys don't just do something for the heck of it. I guess the only way to know for sure would be to do a head to head test of our own.

Hey Christop they knew it ill guess thwey went with the treo amp in prosrtock for the simple reason they only had 5 powermaster 16v batts, and the treo may have been a little less demanding on the batts because I know the cactus is deffinately a great amp.

im just confused why they would buy 2 pf600.1, and only use 1 of them

Samsel the PF600.1 is 18v capable out the box man I have posted results from it in another topic here on the forum.

Due to soe health issue's witrh Angioe she is not competing anymore, and I will run the PF600.1 this year. I will run it unmanned just for a number for some of you guys to shoot for, and the B and K to ensure some people out there can see this is a great amp for this class as well.

Sorry Christoph for not letting you know the reasons she did not make finals, I have been busy for the last month, snd not alot of time for most anything else.

I feel we owe you for allowing us the opertunity to run your product as to where some would feel like its your honor to have them well we are oposite of that.

I wanted to call... but I also was busy like hell.
I have been getting up dates from James.
I think I called him all most every day that week of finals.
Just to make sure all was ok.

is that the same as the bbe buttons on the old alpines, i think my pioneer hu has a loud button, but not the alpine
