Thank you to the competitors!!!

I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for your great behaviour at finals. There were some issues with cars, some questions that had to be verified by Ralph, and some small things that had to be changed. Overall, the competitors were understanding and patient while I was working out the details of all these things. You guys patiently awaited an answer, and for the most part accepted the verdict.

I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for being nice and cooperative at finals. It made my weekend a bit more enjoyable than expected. I always strive to be fair and consistent across the board and sometimes that requires stepping on toes. I did the best I could to make sure everyone was treated the same in the lanes. It was nice seeing everyone, and thanks again for your cooperation!

That's B.S. All I got from you was a hand job while I saw you blowing other people with that pretty little mouth. So you didn't treat everyone the same!

Seriously, thanks for all that you did man! It was good to see you doing verification. You never know what you are going to run into when you get to a show.

Haha, Will did a good job helping me for his first time. He's still learning and got a bit anxious a couple of times. I think verification judging was much more involved than he had expected it to be. There's a lot of pressure on me every year. Its difficult to be strict and not upset friends, but when its all said and done I'd rather know I pissed off a friend and treated everyone the same than the other way around. I feel most people understand that and were very cooperative or at least understanding.

I drove in Friday night at a little after midnight, got up at 5:30 to get ready to go to the show, stayed up partying with many friends til 5AM saturday morning and was at the show at 8:30, then left after verification was over last night and arrived back at approximately 1AM. I had to get up and work this morning at 6AM. So I said all that to say peace out, I'll be sleeping the rest of the night

you done a great job hands down and yes you are very picky LOL but you should be thats the point....great to see ya again and im so glad there was no wedding partys at the hotel LOL

i slept 3 hours friday nite after no sleep thursday and then 4 hours sat nite then drove home sunday afternoon

but matt needs to be permanent judge lol........if your friends get pissed for judging their car correctly then they aint friends and need to read the rules you did outstanding in my books

I think you do an excellant job at verification, you raise a flag when it needs to be and thats how it should be done. Great job verifying vehicles by judging everyone the same to make competition fair.

Matt once again you did an outstanding job homie you do it the way it suppose to be, and even step outside your area when you see or hear something that isnt right to ensure its correct.
