| If your manufacturer is present then feel free to promote them as you like.
If a manufacturer IS NOT supporting the event you may not:
Hand out literature
Hang or display banners or product displays
Display more than two (2) product decals on the vehicle. Decals can be no larger than 4" tall by 10" wide. Decals larger than this must be covered.
This is and has always been USACI Finals policy. I am sure you can understand that without these policies there many companies would not bother to purchase a booth or sponsorship.
Thank you for your help and understanding.

| Ralph, by 2 decals do you mean 2 decals from one manufacturer, or 2 decals total? |

| Shop Logo's are fine. Local Dallas shop decals will be ok as long as they are not over done or obviously intended to sneak in. | |

| Big guy you know I love ya but thats kinda gay. If someone supports me then Im gonna wanna show appreciation to them. Not every company involved in this industry can afford a booth and the expenses to attend finals involved with that booth. Especially considering the economy the way it is. Competitors and their specatotrs make up a very small percentage of ALL 12v companys and generally count on losing money by attending finals, I think we can agree knowing ahead of time that you are going to lose money ahead of time isnt a wise decision to follow through with, especially right now.
Regardless its your playground, I will play by the rules (but dont think I wont pee in the sand when you aint looking :p )

Regardless its your playground, I will play by the rules (but dont think I wont pee in the sand when you aint looking :p ) 1. $250 is all a company needs to be a sponsor. No other costs involved. Or, if they are a USACI member they are exempt to this rule! 2. Show appreciation, put a couple of decals on your ride, open up and show the product. Put their logo on your team jacket. Just do not let them ship you a bunch of stuff to show, promote, or hand out at the show. Do not become a free booth for them.

| I PERSONALLY THINK THERE STUFF IS REPRESENTED IN YOUR VEHICLES, AND THE FACT THAT THEY CANT BE THERE TO SELL THERE PRODUCT ALONG WITH ANSWER TECHNICAL QUESTIONS ABOUT IT WELL JUST DONT SEEM RIGHT TO ME. ITS NOT THE COMPETITORS JOB TO DO THIS, EVEN THOUGH WE LOVE THE PRODUCTS WE USE FROM THESE COMPANIES THEY SHOULD ATTEND WORLD FINALS TO SUPPORT US AND USACI | |

so can i pass out there stuff since i requested it? No. They are not a member, a sponsor, or a vendor. Handin out their product literature or POP would require a minimum $250 sponsorship on their part.
