HEy guys maybe this has been discussed but I just wanted to knkow what is the general concensus on using an I Pod as a source to tune a vehicle for SQ. Is the quality as good as a CD format?

you'd need a lossless recording file right off a CD to be honest.

I would have to concur with John on this one. I only use my ipod if I have used a lossless cd no mp3's here!!!

So if I load my USACi test discs straight to my I Pod would that be OK to still tune the vehicle with?

the volume difference is notable. I did it as well. Now...for the record...and Marquise knows...don't be hatin' on my Ipod. We rocked out to all kinds of different music on mine in the C5. Even some Beastie Boys. It was cold as crap in Springdale that weekend.
