No not really, it sounds as though there is research going on as to whether or not this will work. I'm sure he'll make the announcement after the RnD of the stand is refined.

I built one from a shower curtain rod that uses the spring action and it is adjustable by screwing or unscrewing it.
One end pushes against the seat rail, works very well and attaches to globes quite easily. easy to make.

Right now it's a research from Ralph, but Kevin statement differs. I don't think that is something we need to hear from Kevin.
