i said if the front was sealed from the back and the gains were set properly we would have gained a couple more..i didnt say it will gain a drastic number

That can happen in some set up's, but not in all. With the right enclosure you can get better numbers with a street style enclosure than with a wall. If your talking about a crazy number of subs like 9 15's, then yeah a wall is definitely gonna be louder. It's all vehicle and enclosure dependent, just look at the street cars in Europe, doing numbers in the 160's with two 10's.
