that's the biggest joke I have seen on this board. I'm still waiting for a response from an email in january, tried calling and got permanent hold several times. in the meantime I have spent a few grand with powermaster since they answer my emails normally within the same business day and if not the next for sure.

hmmm we tried to deal with Powermaster and got the run around?? maybe they changed???

I'm better off with powermasters!

Hope their warranty dept has gotten better.

All they would have to do would respond and that would put them a step ahead of another company mentioned in this post.

ive never had ANY PROBLEMS with product,warranty, or customer service with powermaster. maybe they just dont like you erik,lol.

When I email Scottie I always have gotten a response back within a day of weekdays and also PMs sent through the other competiton forum. My .02 cents worth. Never tried Kinetik.

Maybe that's it. Either way, that's why you have my old Powermaster alts that Tom from Ohio Generator had to rebuild...I won't use anything from them again, nor will I sell my customers items from a company that I don't have faith in.

actually they still didnt work real well after that,lol. mustve been hexed or something cause Tom at ohio is a GOD with alts! guess thats why i didnt keep them long.i wont knock kinetiks cs cause ive never had to use them. i tested the 2400s against almost every 12 batt on the planet before the multicells came out and well, we went in different direction is all ill say. thats just my personal preference. i like the guys at kinetik personally.

Whats up with Battcap they use to be the @hit had some new stuff not to long ago??

we tested 7 diff batts within the 800ci rule and the winner was cs9000 and the looser was a optima g31 blue top thats all im giving lol this was on one amp with no charging system with 3x burps each one. the reason I posted anything was because it was the new 2400x and have not seen anything about them and have never used them before and they do pretty well.. just passing a bit of info

Never had problem with Powermaster or Scottie. Scottie is always straight up and to the point. Great person to deal with.

I will second that and have done the same,Scotty is a hell of a guy and will take care of what you need
